The International Emmy is a U.S. Award presented annually by The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The Award is presented in recognition of excellence in television and honors the special skills and unique talents of the companies and individuals who create, produce, and perform in television programs outside of the United States. Submissions by U.S. companies are not eligible (see Section I - Eligibility). The Winners will be announced at a formal ceremony in New York City on Monday, November 23, 2009. A description of this event is available at www.iemmys.tv.
Rules and Regulations for submission of programs are outlined in this document. Online Entry Forms are located at the end of this document in Section IX.
The Academy reserves the right to change or amend these Rules and Regulations at any time.
